Specialty Track · Guides & Adventure Operations

Deployments Built for Working Guides, Patrollers, Skippers, Riggers & Field Instructors.

Skip the hospital floor shifts. Whitewater, ski patrol, avalanche, heli-ski, polar, sea kayak, RIB and sailing skippers, zipline, canyoning, skydive, wingsuit and paragliding instructors, packers, outfitters, trail crews, film safety riggers, hostile-environment advisors, wilderness therapy guides and NOLS-style field instructors — a guide track of its own, separate from escorts and lifeguards. Statutory escort credentials verified against the park, federation or licensing register before a seat is offered.

Verified against

Polar and Galápagos statutory escorts
High-elevation and Andean expeditions
Safari and overland expedition leadership
University field courses and gap-year cohorts
Beach, waterfront and basecamp lifeguarding

What we verify

What to upload

Three items clear you for Crisis & Behavioral Health seats. The desk verifies each against the issuing body or state board; your compliance packet (licence verification, liability cover, disaster mental health certificates) is bundled automatically for the incident administrator when you accept a seat.

  1. Statutory escort credentials — Polar (PTGA / AECO / permit), Galápagos (DPNG) and Peruvian (DIRCETUR / SERNANP) escorts are jurisdictional: a contractor who picks that region pages only operators holding the register-verified credential.
  2. Medical baseline — Every expedition and study-abroad seat carries BLS / CPR as a minimum; WFR or WAFA is expected for field leaders.
  3. Ready for Duty — A mobile number with text consent and the READY switch on. Seats page the tier they ask for.

Credential-First Sign-Up

Activate your austere deployment profile

Three steps, under a minute. No password to invent — we email (and text) you a one-time sign-in link. Your credentials are verified after you register, before any employer sees your profile.

First 2,000 operators: first year free. 2,000 of 2,000 places left. Sign up to hold one — your free year of the Credential Vault starts the day you're verified, plus a permanent Founding · 2026 mark. Verify within 60 days to keep the place.

Verification & Trust Safeguards

What happens after you register

Verification before forwarding

Your licence and each certification are read by a real person on the 3-W desk after registration and before your profile or documents are forwarded to any employer, contractor, or agency. Unverified profiles are never visible to employers.

How your documents are stored

Licensure and certification uploads are encrypted in transit (TLS), stored in a directory blocked from direct web access, served only to you, the reviewer, and — after you accept a deployment or an interview invitation — that specific contractor, with every admin access recorded in an audit log. We store credentials, not patient records: nothing you upload is protected health information, and we never ask for it.

You control who sees what

Search visibility, contact release, crew-call texts, and the shareable credential manifest are each switched on by you, per feature, from your account — and each can be switched off just as easily. Delete your account and your documents go with it.
