Demob audit & field endorsements

The Credential Vault checks operators against issuing bodies before a seat is offered. This is the other direction. At demobilization every operator gives the contracting agency a 30-second staging & safety audit — four pillars, one to five — and the result rolls into the agency's public Staging & Safety Index, shown on the accept page of every future crew call so you know what you are driving into at 02:00. In return the incident commander or the agency endorses each operator's shift: verified hours, ICS role, sector elevation, zero infractions, kit returned — appended to the operator's active profile as a verified field record. Audits are aggregated and never shown by callsign to the agency; infraction notes stay private between the operator and the agency. Not legal or employment advice.

Index = mean of the four pillar averages over live (non-training) audits; safety probation when the index is under 3.20 or any audit in the last 90 days reported unsafe freelancing or no potable water. Endorsements with zero infractions add the verified hours, count the deployment, raise the maximum verified sector elevation and record a SHOWED outcome on the show-up ledger; an endorsement with an infraction is recorded without adding hours. Each record is sealed with a SHA-256 of its fields. Not a performance review and not a substitute for the agency's own personnel process.
