Operator Gear Exchange · Ready for Duty™ members
Sell what you carry. Find what you can't buy new.

Logistics & Vendor Marketplace · Hardware & Asset Matrix
Trailers, water, power and comms — ordered like personnel.
Type 1 incidents need hardware alongside the medical unit: potable water buffalos and bulk tenders, handwash and shower trailers, honey wagons, locked pharmaceutical reefers, HEPA climate units, towable generators, light towers, sleeper and catering units, COW / VSAT trailers, carded rotor-wing with fuel. Vendors tag the classes they supply from the VIPR-aligned Hardware Manifest — every class carries a FEMA-style supply code (M-KITCH, W-TRLR, E-GEN) that reads straight onto a resource order — WASH, cold-chain, basecamp operations, communications, aviation — and Command can size and raise a whole camp's order from a headcount in one press. Contractors and agencies raise an Asset Request from the same dashboard they broadcast crew calls from, against a VIPR-aligned Master Manifest of asset classes. Every verified logistics vendor carrying that class is paged with a one-tap link and returns a blind bid — day rate and ETA. Command accepts one and the vendor is locked onto the Incident Manifest.
Vendors are vetted the way contractors are, by a person, on three checkpoints: a current Certificate of Insurance (the broker is called), USDOT / MC authority (FMCSA SAFER), and an active SAM.gov UEI. No account fee, no platform fee on awards. Register your fleet · Vendor log in · Contractors: raise an Asset Request.
Portable Credential Vault
Your verified credentials, in one manifest.
Every verified provider can generate a printable manifest of their credentials — certification, issuing body, number, expiry, and the date an admin verified each one — to send to an agency or contractor that needs a packet fast. Open your account to download it.
For Vendors
Post Your Offer
Reach a vetted audience of paramedics, EMTs, nurses, and physicians who deploy to wildfires, disaster zones, expeditions, and remote industrial sites — and the contractors who staff them. Tell us what you're offering and the terms you'd propose. Nothing goes live until we've settled terms with you; typical arrangements by category:
- CME courses — revenue share on registrations from 3-W members (typically 15–20%).
- SOP & protocol templates — flat-fee digital downloads ($150 for a single protocol to $1,000+ for a full operations manual); revenue share or listing fee.
- Technical gear & equipment — affiliate commission (5–12%) on member click-throughs, or a flat monthly listing fee for a permanent brand placement.
- Deployment liability & travel insurance — lead-generation fee or commission per policy; your offer is also shown to providers at the moment they accept a deployment.
