Post Watch · lifeguards · guards · sectors

Is everyone where they should be?

A post is a place a person is supposed to be — a lifeguard chair, a beach sector, a gate on a perimeter, a search sector. The commander sets the posts and the shifts; the operator switches ON when they sit down and the phone reports its position every minute. Off post past the grace, silent, or nobody on a scheduled post → the commander is paged, the operator's phone first. Callsigns only. Fixes are kept 14 days, then only the shift summary. Not a substitute for supervision; not legal advice.

Scoring: distance outside the post = haversine to centre − radius (or 0 inside a polygon). DRIFT within max(30 m, radius ÷ 2) past the edge or inside the GPS accuracy circle — shown, never paged. OFF beyond that; RED after grace continuous minutes → commander push + email (+ text when texting is on), operator push, ICS-214 line when the post rides on a crew call. SILENT after silent minutes without a fix while ON. UNMANNED 10 min into a scheduled window with nobody ON. Pages repeat at most every 30 min per post and kind. Break and relief pause scoring.
