Contractor Onboarding

Verification Standards

READYFORDUTY.NET™ requires all medical contractors to pass a strict credentialing review before accessing the candidate database or posting deployment alerts.

We restrict employer access to protect our verified medical providers from criminal liability and physical risk. By enforcing these exact standards, we guarantee that when your approved company broadcasts a deployment, you receive immediate responses from highly qualified, deployable professionals who trust your operational framework.

You must submit documentation for the four operational checkpoints below to gain employer access.

  1. Clinical Oversight and Medical Direction

Paramedics and EMTs practice medicine under the delegated license of a physician. A contractor deploying personnel without verified medical direction exposes the provider to legal prosecution.

Required Documentation: Submit a signed Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) or active contract with your Medical Director. Include the physician's active MD or DO license number and DEA registration number.

Our Verification Process: We query the State Medical Board to confirm the license is unrestricted and contact the physician to verify they actively oversee your clinical protocols.

  2. Federal and State Operating Authority

If your company deploys personnel to federal incidents, including United States Forest Service (USFS) wildfires or FEMA disaster zones, you must hold legal vendor status.

Required Documentation: Submit your federal Commercial and Government Entity (CAGE) Code, your active SAM.gov registration profile, and your State Department of Public Health EMS Provider License.

Our Verification Process: We cross-reference your CAGE code within the SAM.gov federal database to ensure your entity is legally authorized for government contracting.

  3. Corporate Identity and Financial Liability

Medical providers working in austere environments require proof of financial protection in the event of severe injury during deployment.

Required Documentation: Submit your Employer Identification Number (EIN), a Certificate of Good Standing from your state of incorporation, and a Certificate of Insurance (COI) detailing your active Worker's Compensation and Professional Medical Liability policies.

Our Verification Process: We contact your issuing insurance broker directly to verify the policy is fully funded and specifically covers high-risk or remote operations.

  4. Standard Operating Procedures for Extraction

Employers sending personnel into regions with collapsed infrastructure or high elevation environments must possess a defined plan for evacuating their own medical staff.

Required Documentation: Submit your formal Medical Evacuation (MEDEVAC) Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) and Primary, Alternate, Contingency, and Emergency (PACE) communications plan.

Our Verification Process: Platform administrators review the SOP to ensure you utilize contracted logistical frameworks, such as dedicated satellite communication networks and rotary-wing extraction vendors, rather than relying on local 911 services.

SAR Agencies (Authority Having Jurisdiction)

Sheriff's offices, county emergency management, and state SAR coordinators use a different, single-step verification and pay nothing. Instead of the four checkpoints above, an agency uploads a letter of authority on agency letterhead — signed by the sheriff, emergency manager, or SAR coordinator, naming the account holder and their role — from its dashboard, and an administrator calls the agency's published number to confirm it. Once approved, the agency broadcasts volunteer SAR callouts (ICP coordinate, radius, gear and certification requirements, estimated duration) to verified providers who opted in within range. Create an agency account.

Employment Eligibility (Form I-9)

EMPLOYER OBLIGATION: Tracks 1–14 are paid assignments. When a seat is W-2, federal law requires Form I-9 (Employment Eligibility Verification): the worker completes Section 1 by the first day of work for pay and you complete Section 2 within three business days of that date. The worker chooses which USCIS-listed documents to present — do not request specific documents or more than the form requires — and all individuals authorised to work in the United States are eligible regardless of citizenship status or national origin. The platform tracks both deadlines on every W-2 seat and reminds both parties; 1099 engagements record a waiver instead. Track 15 Ground Support is an unpaid volunteer auxiliary and is never rostered as employment.
