Specialty Track · Examiners, Evaluators & Educators

Deployments Built for the People Who Qualify Everyone Else.

Skip the hospital floor shifts. Statutory physicals, functional capacity and pack tests, respirator fit testing, WFR / WEMT / TCCC / ACLS instruction, rope-access and swiftwater evaluation, avalanche and saw certification, on-incident training — contractors and agencies book the examiner or instructor the standard names, verified against the registry that issued the rating.

Verified against

Pre-season physicals and pack tests at fire camps and contractor yards
Fit-test and spirometry clinics before SCBA / PAPR deployments
Course delivery and practical evaluations on contract
On-incident training coordination (TNSP) during long-duration deployments

What we verify

What to upload

Three items clear you for Crisis & Behavioral Health seats. The desk verifies each against the issuing body or state board; your compliance packet (licence verification, liability cover, disaster mental health certificates) is bundled automatically for the incident administrator when you accept a seat.

  1. Licence or rating on file — The examiner licence (MD / DO / PA / NP / RN / PT / OT), registry listing (NRCME, ABOHN) or instructor / evaluator rating (WMA, NAEMT, AHA, SPRAT, IRATA, Rescue 3, A3, agency certifier letter, IQCS) — verified against the issuing body.
  2. Prerequisite clinical cards — Where the position requires it: BLS / ACLS, WFR, TCCC, Avalanche Pro 2, Class C faller, ICS-300. The desk checks the eCard or record.
  3. Ready for Duty — A mobile number with text consent and the READY switch on. A contractor books by position; you are paged for every position the desk has verified you for.

Verification & Trust Safeguards

What happens after you register

Verification before forwarding

Your licence and each certification are read by a real person on the 3-W desk after registration and before your profile or documents are forwarded to any employer, contractor, or agency. Unverified profiles are never visible to employers.

How your documents are stored

Licensure and certification uploads are encrypted in transit (TLS), stored in a directory blocked from direct web access, served only to you, the reviewer, and — after you accept a deployment or an interview invitation — that specific contractor, with every admin access recorded in an audit log. We store credentials, not patient records: nothing you upload is protected health information, and we never ask for it.

You control who sees what

Search visibility, contact release, crew-call texts, and the shareable credential manifest are each switched on by you, per feature, from your account — and each can be switched off just as easily. Delete your account and your documents go with it.
