Specialty Track · Crisis & Behavioral Health

When Impact Goes Beyond the Physical.

Skip the hospital floor shifts. Incident management teams, wildfire camps and disaster contractors deploy credentialed mental-health personnel for line-responder peer support, critical incident stress management, mass-casualty behavioral triage and community recovery. Verify once; get paged at your tier.

Verified against

Line-responder peer support & CISM
Base camp wellness tents & demob decompressions
Mass-casualty behavioral triage
Community disaster recovery & LODD support

Four operational tiers

Seats are paged by tier, aligned to incident command

A crew call asks for a tier; every operator at that tier or above is paged. Your tier is set by what the desk verifies, so a licensed clinician who also holds CISM is paged for all of it.

CR1 Tier 1 — Psychological First Aid (auxiliary)

Immediate field stabilisation, PFA, basic grief and trauma support, responder defusing, operational stress management, triage referral to higher clinical levels.

Assignment: Staging areas, base-camp wellness tents, volunteer check-in.
Credentials: PFA · Red Cross Disaster Mental Health Fundamentals · CERT PFA

CR2 Tier 2 — CISM & Specialist Responder (certified)

Structured CISM debriefings, responder demobilisation decompressions, acute suicide-risk screening and crisis de-escalation, line-of-duty-death support, multi-agency peer-team coordination.

Assignment: Incident command post, fire camp, medical tent auxiliary.
Credentials: CISM · CCISM · ICISF group / individual · Certified Peer Support Specialist

CR3 Tier 3 — Licensed Behavioral Health Clinician (independent practice)

Clinical diagnostic evaluation, acute trauma therapy, behavioral-health oversight, direct clinical consults for severe behavioral emergencies.

Assignment: Base-camp medical clinics, mobile hospital units, incident management advisory.
Credentials: LPC · LMFT · LCSW · LMHC · NCC — state licence, primary-source verified

CR4 Tier 4 — Doctoral / Psychiatric Medical Director

Psychiatric evaluation, psychotropic medication coordination, medical-director-level behavioral-health oversight, involuntary-hold evaluation where authorised by jurisdiction.

Assignment: Mobile hospital units, base-camp clinics, IMT advisory.
Credentials: PsyD / PhD · MD / DO (Psychiatry) · PMHNP-BC — state board + DEA where applicable

What we verify

What to upload

Three items clear you for Crisis & Behavioral Health seats. The desk verifies each against the issuing body or state board; your compliance packet (licence verification, liability cover, disaster mental health certificates) is bundled automatically for the incident administrator when you accept a seat.

  1. Certificate or licence — Upload the PFA, Red Cross, CERT, CISM, CCISM or peer-support certificate (tiers 1–2), or your state behavioral-health licence (tiers 3–4). Your tier is set from what the desk verifies, so hold more than one and the highest counts.
  2. Professional liability insurance — Required for licensed clinicians (tiers 3 and 4); optional for PFA and peer-support volunteers. The certificate travels in your compliance packet when you accept a seat.
  3. Ready for Duty — A mobile number with text consent and the READY switch on. Crisis seats page the tier they ask for and every tier above it; a paramedic licence does not qualify on its own.

Verification & Trust Safeguards

What happens after you register

Verification before forwarding

Your licence and each certification are read by a real person on the 3-W desk after registration and before your profile or documents are forwarded to any employer, contractor, or agency. Unverified profiles are never visible to employers.

How your documents are stored

Licensure and certification uploads are encrypted in transit (TLS), stored in a directory blocked from direct web access, served only to you, the reviewer, and — after you accept a deployment or an interview invitation — that specific contractor, with every admin access recorded in an audit log. We store credentials, not patient records: nothing you upload is protected health information, and we never ask for it.

You control who sees what

Search visibility, contact release, crew-call texts, and the shareable credential manifest are each switched on by you, per feature, from your account — and each can be switched off just as easily. Delete your account and your documents go with it.
