Roles on this accountOne login covers every role you play on 3-W — provider, contractor, vendor. Add a role here instead of creating a second account.
One login covers everything you do on 3-W. Each role is qualified separately by the desk — provider credentials, contractor / agency vetting, vendor checkpoints — but you sign in once.
Sign-in securityTurn on two-step verification so a stolen password alone can't get into your account — a texted code is required from any new device.
Kept sign-ins are the devices where you ticked Keep me signed in. Each stays signed in for 30 days of use; changing your password ends them all. This device keeps its session until you sign out.

Government ID + selfie — the Identity pillar
Scan a driving licence, passport or ID card and take a live selfie on the identity provider's hosted page (or, on the desk-review setting, upload the ID to the checkpoint below for a person to check); your legal name comes back verified and every registry lookup below is matched against it. A small per-check fee is paid by 3-W only when you verify for a paid track (Tracks 1–14) or claim a paid seat — Track 15 Ground Support volunteers never trigger it. 3-W never sees or stores the document, only the verified name and date of birth.
Instant primary-source verification (under 3 s) — registry · NPPES NPI · FCC ULS · FAA airmen · issuer eCard link
Stamps the vault from the issuing body itself: a state-board public record, your NPI on CMS NPPES, or the verification link printed on an AHA / Red Cross / IBSC / BCEN / SPRAT / NREMT / Credly eCard. Anything that cannot be confirmed live is queued for the desk — never auto-stamped. Upload stays available below.

Tactical EMS Tier
Clear for TEMS DeploymentsClear the three Tactical EMS checkpoints to be texted for law-enforcement and protective-detail crew calls that require tactical clearance.
Crisis & Behavioral Health Tier
Clear for Crisis & Behavioral Health SeatsFour tiers, set from what verifies: Tier 1 psychological first aid (PFA, Red Cross DMH, CERT PFA) · Tier 2 CISM / peer support (ICISF, CPSS) · Tier 3 licensed clinician (LCSW, LPC, LMFT, LMHC) · Tier 4 psychiatric / doctoral (psychiatrist, PMHNP, psychologist). Licensed tiers also need liability cover on file. Crisis seats page the tier they ask for and above; no EMS licence is needed.
Ground Support Tier · Entry-Level SAR
Volunteer Without a Medical LicenceNo medical licence needed — clear these to join Ground Support callouts (line search, staging, sweeps) as an unpaid volunteer.

ScopeEvery open crew call around your home base, north up, by distance. Rings are quarter-range. A pulsing ping is a page waiting on you; tap a ping to find it in the list, open it to see the brief. Calls with no incident coordinate sit at their state's centre (≈).

Deployment AvailabilityMark yourself available so contractors' crew-call texts and search results actually reach you — an out-of-date status means missed callouts.
Standing requisitions
Manifests You TransmittedEvery verified manifest you sent from the Requisition Manifest. When an employer schedules you, your check-in QR appears here — the employer scans it at the interview or Shift #1. That scan is what proves you showed; a no-call / no-show suspends Ready for Duty for 30 days.

Agency roster · Tier 218
My agencyAttach to an agency you work or volunteer with. The agency approves; then it sees your callsign, name, verification state, READY state and credential expiry dates on its roster — never your documents — and may cover your Credential Vault as a seat ($4.95 a month, paid by the agency). You can belong to several agencies, mark one primary, and leave any time.
DUTY MARKS™ · points & standing
Earn on every scan, mission and saleTier 135. Marks are earned when your card is scanned and someone signs up (and again when they verify), for every mission you show up for, every training stamp, endorsement, demob audit, published protocol, marketplace sale (one Mark per dollar paid out), post held and search task cleared. Standing is lifetime Marks: RESERVE → STANDBY → READY → DEPLOYED → COMMAND. Redeem the balance for Credential Vault months, ad-fee codes, or Duty Store gear. Marks are not cash, carry no cash value and cannot be transferred; the desk may reverse awards from reversed events. Not legal or tax advice.

Forecast · what is coming
The next ninety daysTier 236 — five lines from your own records: when to start each renewal (the issuer's published window, counted back from the expiry on your card), where you stand against the tour cap, the next Duty Mark on your ledger, the live calls within your own radius of your home point (distance only), and the season ahead for your home state as a band — quiet, steady or busy — read from the crew calls broadcast there over two years. It is not a score, it compares you with no one, and it uses nothing from your home point beyond the state.

Credential wallet · offline
Your signed credentialTier 229 — your verified cards, as one document signed by the desk's key, kept on this phone. At a staging line the incident commander scans the code and the check-in page verifies the signature, the dates and the revocation list it last fetched — with no signal at all. It carries your callsign, your legal name (the staging line needs it), your role and each card with its expiry. Nothing else. It expires with your earliest card or in a year; re-issue any time and the old one goes dark.

Checked at the staging line with the check-in page, which works offline once it has been opened. A signed credential proves a person at the desk looked at your cards; it is not the issuing body's own record. Not legal advice.

Paste this on every page of your site (Shopify: Online Store → Themes → Edit code → theme.liquid inside <head>). Clicks from 3-W carry a ww_cid id the script keeps for 30 days, so a sale days later is still credited to the campaign and creative that earned it.

Product carousels
A carousel ad shows 2–8 of your products side by side; each one clicks through to its own product page. Load products from Shopify, or add them by hand.
How to get your Storefront access token (about 3 minutes, free)
- Open the Headless channel. In Shopify admin go to Sales channels → Headless. Not listed? Install the free Headless channel from the Shopify App Store (you need to be the store owner or have permission to add sales channels).
- Create a storefront. Click Create storefront (or open the one you already have). Shopify makes the tokens for you.
- Check the permission. In that storefront, under Storefront API → Permissions, make sure Read products, variants, and collections is ticked. It is on by default.
- Copy the public access token. Under Storefront API, copy the Public access token — it's safe to share; it can only read products you publish to this storefront.
- Publish your products to it. In Products, tick the products you want to advertise → More actions → Include in sales channels (or Publish) → choose your Headless storefront. Draft or archived products never appear.
- Paste below. For the store address, copy the address bar while you're in Shopify admin (
admin.shopify.com/store/your-store) or useyour-store.myshopify.comfrom Settings → Domains. Press Test, then Connect & load products.
Shopify stopped letting stores create new “Develop apps” custom apps on 1 January 2026, which is why we use the Headless channel. A Storefront token from an older custom app still works. Don't paste an Admin API token (it starts shpat_) — we'll refuse it.
Not on Shopify, or waiting on a token? Add products one at a time. Tip: on your product page, right-click the photo → Copy image address.
Build the carousel: tick 2–8 products above, give it a headline, choose the campaign, then submit the campaign for review.

The gate · offline roster
Who is through the gateTier 230 — one crew call's seat list, kept on the desk and on the gate phone at the ICP at the same time. Hand the gate link to whoever stands at the staging entrance; their phone scans wallet codes and marks seats with no signal, and the two copies agree the moment either sees the network. A seat checked in starts the operator's hours; released ends them, so the Mission Ledger has real hours. Callsigns only.

Mission Ledger · the number
Mission cost statementsTier 228 — a fire department is funded because every run becomes a number in front of the county. When a crew call closes, its cost statement drafts itself here from the roster, the work periods and the 214: personnel hours at your rates, the equipment you add, mileage, and the in-kind value of the volunteer time. You approve it and send it — as an invoice where your agreement allows, as a reimbursement claim (a state fund, or FEMA Public Assistance when a declaration covers the mission), or as a statement of value for a grant match, a donor letter or a budget request. Nothing is billed by the app; the person rescued is never billed. Not legal, accounting or tax advice.

The subject of a rescue is never billed by anything here. Whether and what a volunteer team may invoice depends on state law and its agreement with the authority it serves — not legal, accounting or tax advice.
Agency roster · seats
Your rosterTier 218 — operators attached to your agency with your approval. Invite by callsign or email, or hand out your join code. Once a member is approved you may cover their Credential Vault as a seat — $4.95 a month per member, charged to your card on file or your monthly invoice, at approval or when the member asks. You see callsign, name, verification, READY state and credentials expiring inside 90 days; never their documents. Membership is a label, not employment.
