iPhone & iPad (Safari)

  1. Open readyforduty.net in Safari.
  2. Tap the Share icon in the toolbar.
  3. Choose Add to Home Screen, then tap Add.
  4. Open 3-W from the home screen and enable notifications when prompted.

Requires iOS/iPadOS 16.4 or later for crew-call push notifications.

Android (Chrome)

  1. Open readyforduty.net in Chrome.
  2. Tap Install the app when it appears, or open the ⋮ menu and choose Install app.
  3. Confirm the install prompt.
  4. Open 3-W from your app drawer and enable notifications.

Works the same in Samsung Internet and other Chromium-based Android browsers.

Desktop (Chrome / Edge)

  1. Open readyforduty.net on your account or contractor page.
  2. Click Install the app, or use the install icon in the address bar.
  3. 3-W opens in its own window and appears in your applications list.

Desktop notifications require enabling them once from your account page.

Already signed in?

  1. Providers: install from the Account page.
  2. Contractors: install from the Contractor dashboard.
  3. Not signed up yet? Create an account first — installing works the same either way.
