Resource requests · ICS 213RR

Anyone seated on the incident files a request — a position, an asset class from the Master Manifest, or a supply line — with quantity, needed-by and reporting location. Command approves (block 7) and the app executes block 8: personnel become seats on the crew call for the matching engine, equipment becomes an asset request on the logistics board, supply goes to the Supply Unit; each request marks itself filled as the seats fill and the assets award. Every step lands on the 214. Print any request as the ICS 213RR; the ICS 218 vehicle / equipment inventory derives from the awards.

This console is open to the incident contractor and to a seated operator who holds command through a signed transfer (ICS-201 briefing sealed into the record, acknowledged by hold-to-sign). Muster, PFC, clinical-governance and fee actions stay with the contractor's own login. Not legal advice — the agency having jurisdiction keeps the form of record.
